A song about a rose petal (Edited/Remastered)

EDIT:
Got a 60x90cm canvas print for one of my pictures to have on the wall for dirt cheap (like, $15), and since I still have a soft spot for this old thing I fixed it up a bit before sending it off. Thought you guys might like it too.
Tried to make the Southern Wind a bit more visible while still keeping him transparent (a bit of a balancing act there) while sprucing up the colors of the Rose Petal.

I based this picture of a swedish song named 'En visa om ett rosenblad', A song about a rose petal, a song about a rose petal who falls in love with the southern wind, and her lifes destiny after that.

I took the liberty to translate it for those who're willing to read it:

There once was a tiny rose petal~
and the rose that she grew upon was red
But one day she fell off,
since the rose had died
Then a frisky wind came by,
and she felt happy

Because the wind was a glad and fiery lad~
who was on his way from the south against the north
he blew her ear full of beautiful words
"Follow me, my love" said the wind, "Come!"
and with that, her heart whirled.

She could not resist the words he said~
she'd give him all she had if he but asked
He blew her along into a great, big town
"This is the place we'll live, the two of us" He said, and She said "Yes"~

But the wind was an unfaitful specimen~
who just wanted to tumble around in the sky
He blew her away from his embrace,
she fell down in the mud-
And then he hastily flew away from town
and left her behind.

So if you see a petal somewhere,~
among the litter and filth here in our fair town
Please remember that
she was once a beautiful rose petal
Who once upon a time loved a wind
and became his betrothed~

And the rose that she grew upon has died~
And the wind that she loved abandoned her~
Each night she haunts the room that I call home
Her name is Rosepetal
And her color is red~
